STRENGTH MEETS CARDIO TRAINING - GET READY FOR ROUND 2

How bad do you want to get strong, healthy and fit? This is a competitive workout series with Rebecca Barthel, which should push you to get better and stronger. This session is a full body workout and it is focusing on strength, cardio, mobility and coordination. Specifically, it is a 30 minutes interval training with 45 seconds per exercise . You can do those workouts multiple times and each time you get through it, you will see and feel your growth.

If Level 1 was too challenging for you, please don't give up. Grind your way up to each Level, even if it means to repeat it over and over again. You will advance automatically, if you stick with Rebecca. Together we will reach your fitness goal!
