Hi Guys, can you do 500 Air Squats? I tried and it was fun. But it was a harder challenge than I thought. See how many I can do.

Air Squats is a good exercise for your legs that you can do at the convenience of your home. And has many good benefits for your health.

Try it guys! Maybe not 500 but something that is enough to stimulate your muscles and increase your heart rate to help you be more healthy.
