Nice scenic ride along shoreline to New Haven thence quick ride to my ferry connection at Bridgeport aboard new Kawasaki M8 service on Shore Line East instituted on 5/23/22. The cars are smooth riding and accelerate fast. Crews on SLE were raving about the M8’s. Along the way we reminisce about the old New Haven Railroad and what a strong impact it had on rail enthusiasts!!
