Materials Needed:
Glue Gun
Glue Sticks
Olive Oil
Paper towel
Paper Plate
5-1 tool
Bondo
Drawer

How-To Instructions:

1. Rub olive oil on your corner so the glue doesn’t stick to the drawer
2. Use the glue gun on the corner, get all the edges for the mold, and repeat on all 4 corners for multiple molds
3. Wait 3ish minutes for the glue to dry and gently peel off the mold(s)
4. Grab some small nails and nail two in each of the broken corners, so the Bondo has something to hold onto more than just the broken corner
5. Mix your Bonder and hardener
6. Rub olive oil in your mold so the Bondo doesn’t stick to the mold
7. Fill the top of the mold with Bondo and attach to the drawer, fill the mold with as much is needed, but not TOO much since you’ll have to sand after
8. Repeat on other corners, Bondo dries fast, so you’ll be ready to take off the mold in 3-5 mins
9. Use your finger sander and chisel the big chunks until the corner is smooth and matches the original drawer edges
10. Prime & Paint
