Recipe:
Beef tongue.
Fill with water and let rest for 10 minutes.
Place the tongue in boiling water for 15 minutes.

3 bay leaves.
Salt.

Salad dressing:
2 tbsp sour cream.
2 tbsp mayonnaise.
2 tsp Dijon mustard.

mix well.
Snack:
Boiled tongue 600-800 g.

Chili.
Lemon juice 80 ml.
Garlic 4-5 cloves.
Water 50 ml.
black pepper.
Salt.
Sugar 50 gr.
Thyme 1 tsp.
Olive oil 4 tbsp.
Balsamic vinegar 3 tbsp.
mix well.
Layer the ingredients in layers.
Pour the marinade over them.
