An average joe's crazy broken 1CC of Touhou 8's Normal Mode using Marisa and Alice, which as a pair are infamous for having the glitched interaction known as the MALICE CANNON. Basically, because Alice's laser is piercing and instantly appears, along with Marisa's fairly devastating projectile output, you can tap the focus button to switch between them in such a way that both Marisa's projectiles and Alice's laser are shooting at once, leading to roughly twice the damage ZUN was likely expecting you to dish out. Of course, the price is you basically have to be staying still to do this, as making adjustments while tapping the focus button is hardly the most controllable experience!

Still, it is quite telling that despite supposedly being the 'hard, but rewarding' shot of IN, I was able to make multiple stupid mistakes, start on 5 lives despite 7 lives being an option, and I even sandbagged Kaguya's final (non-last) spell by focusing her familiars instead of her, and STILL I finished the game with six lives and one life to spar. Of course, part of the issue is I'm used to hard and lunatic on IN, but still, MALICE CANNON breaks all.

A little saddened that somehow, I didn't get Keine's last spell. Not that I was particularly on my last spell A game in terms of capturing them, but I would have liked to have seen all of them in one run.
