Personally, I'm very familiar with the work of this developer as they focused more on Mont Kiara so this attempt in venturing out took me by surprised. With their past records, I'm pretty confident with their highrise design as they have done this many many times.
For Equine Park, this used to be an address where rich people buy land and build their own mansion. But the recent pick up in popularity was caused by the completion of MEX highway as well as the announcement of MRT line. Suddenly we observed many new mixed developments built surrounding the MRT stations, leveraging the convenience provided by the new infrastructure.
But for Kaia Heights, it's totally in contrast where they focused on greeneries, lifestyle, privacy, serenity and comfort. The extensive amount of landscape and facilities are beyond the standards of that area.
However, the initial impression of the project was not pleasant as the building heights are uniform. But they only built around 35% of the entire land area, leaving the rest of area for lifestyle. I also like the maturity of the location. The amount of commercial areas are just in abundance and families can immediately start living right after they move in.
