TARI WALA MURGH Written Recipe :

Ingredients :
Chicken (16 pieces) 1 kg
Yogurt ½ cup
Salt 1 ½ tsp
Oil ½ cup
Mixed whole spices 1 tbsp
Onion ground 2
Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Allspice 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Tomatoes blended 2
Cumin roasted and crushed 1 tsp

METHOD :
Marinate chicken with yogurt and salt. Heat oil, add whole spices 1 tbsp mixed with onion paste, and fry for 10 mins, add all the dry spices, ginger garlic paste, and blended tomatoes, cook till oil separates, add in chicken pieces, and fry till chicken is glossy, reduce heat, add marinade, fry well till oil comes on top, add 1 cup water for gravy, cover and cook till chicken tender, lastly add fresh coriander.


SCHEZWAN CRISPY WITH SPECIAL SAUCE Written Recipe :

Ingredients :
Chicken julienne ½ kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Green chili paste 1 tsp
Egg 1
Salt ½ tsp
Flour ¼ cup
Corn flour ¼ cup
Green chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
Baking powder ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Spring onion leaves chopped 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Sauce:
Oil 2 tbsp
Schezwan sauce 2 tbsp
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Sweet chili sauce 2 tbsp

METHOD :
Make a batter with all these given ingredients except water, add chicken, and deep fry till crisp.

METHOD FOR SAUCE :
Heat oil, add in Schezwan sauce, ketchup, sweet chili sauce, fry well, add fried chicken, mix well, garnish with spring onion leaves, and serve with boiled rice.
