This is the green smoothie I drink first thing every morning to reduce my anxiety for the day and get a boost of nutrients because I have a garbage diet. Still working on it!

Recipe:
Yields 2 servings, halve the ingredients for 1 serving
2 bananas (can be frozen or fresh, I use fresh and ripe because I go through them quickly)
2 cups frozen tropical medley fruits (mangoes, pineapple, strawberries)
(Frozen foods are hard to come by right now so I've even bought a pineapple and cut it up and frozen it myself. I've even subbed in acai packs or wild blueberries for antioxidants)
2 handfuls of spinach
1 half-handful (like a large pinch with all your fingers) of cilantro (leaves and stems)
2 Tbsp flaxseed meal
2 Tbsp hemp hearts
2 tsp spirulina powder
Add water to the same level of the frozen ingredients or enough to get the ingredients moving, 2 cups, give or take. You can start with 1 cup of water and add more as you blend.
