[Yeolmu-kimchi ingredients]
Boxed radish 2kg, red pepper 300g, garlic 50g, whole ginger 5g, onion 100g
Apple 120g (1/2 EA), Pear 150g (1/2 EA), Salted Shrimp 25g
1/4 cup fish sauce, 1/4 cup yuja syrup, coarse salt, 2 tablespoons wheat flour, dashi pack broth

[Yeolmu-kimchi recipe]
1) Trim the fine roots of radish with a knife and wash them.
2) Marinate the radish in salt and brine for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
3) Make flour paste
4) Grind red pepper, whole garlic, whole ginger, onion, apple, pear, shrimp sauce, fish sauce, citron and 2 cups of broth in a blender.
5) Add 1 onion and 5 red peppers to the pickled radish and mix together.
