In this video we discuss the various ways we might go about beginning to ground our energy, moving our energy out of the head and back into the body. By doing this, we take energy away from thought and escape the world of the abstract only to re-enter the present moment aka reality. These techniques will be extremely helpful in dealing with moments of overwhelm, where we find ourselves lost in thought or caught in panic.
