材料:3个鸡腿,半勺盐,1勺料酒,1勺生抽,1勺麻油,1勺清水,少许胡椒粉,1勺蚝油,1勺玉米淀粉,生姜,青葱,3瓣蒜,1勺老抽,半杯水

1)把鸡腿去骨,切块备用
2)加入半勺盐,1勺料酒,1勺生抽,1勺麻油,1勺清水,少许胡椒粉,1勺蚝油,1勺玉米淀粉腌制15分钟
3)把姜切片,青葱切段,蒜切末备用
4)热锅热油爆香姜片,再加入蒜末&葱白继续翻炒,这时就可以加入鸡肉炒至变白加1勺老抽半杯清水搅拌均匀开大火煮开浓稠加青葱就可以出锅拉
