爆炒姜葱鸡

材料:

300克 鸡胸肉 切成柳條
30克姜(切片)
4-5顆 青葱(葱白分开放)
2-3辦蒜米 (剁碎)
1-2粒洋葱 (切块)
1湯匙 花雕酒

醃製雞肉:
半茶匙 鹽
少許胡椒粉
1茶匙 玉米澱粉
1湯匙麻油
**和雞柳混合,醃製20分鐘**


调味料:
1湯匙 酱油
1湯匙 耗油
1茶匙 黑酱油
胡椒粉 少许
1碗 清水
**拌勻**


The Recipe of ginger and spring onion chicken

Ingredient:
300g chicken breast cut into strips
30g ginger (sliced)
4-5 green onions (separate the white ones)
2-3 pieces garlic (chopped)
1-2 onions (diced)
1 tablespoon Huadiao wine


Marinated chicken:
1/2 teaspoon salt
a pinch of pepper
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon sesame oil
**Mix with chicken tenders and marinate for 20 minutes**

seasoning:
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
A pinch of pepper
a little 1 bowl of water
**Mix well**
