Hi this time I made cheese milk mango, whilst mangoes are abundant and cheap. This can be a sales idea for you. How much do you want to sell? If you search on Shopee, the selling price can be around IDR 15.000 - 25.000.

Just like mango sago, for this recipe you don't have to copy it exactly, just adjust it to your taste and budget. I made this recipe with the cost of approximately IDR 70.000, already including the cost of cup packaging (9 cups), if you give more stuffing, for example for the jelly, maybe it can yields 10 cups.

Cheese Milk Mango Recipe

Stuffing ingredients (just adjust to taste)
- 3 diced mango fruit
- Mango flavored jelly, make according to the instructions on the packaging, dice it.
- Nata de coco to taste (may be replaced with coconut Nutrijell)
- Basil seeds to taste, soak in water

Ingredients for cheese milk:
- 1 mango fruit
- 170 gr cheese spread / cream cheese
- 500 ml UHT full cream milk
- 380 ml of evaporated milk (may use UHT milk only)
- 80gr sweetened condensed milk (adjust to taste)

How to make:
- Mix all the cheese milk ingredients then blend it until well blended
- Mix all the stuffing ingredients with cheese milk, then pour it into a cup, I use 300 ml sized cup
- Can be consumed directly, serve it cool will be more delicious.

Note:
- If you like the cheese to taste stronger, you can add the portion of the cream cheese or add some topping of grated cheddar cheese.
