At #DallasDanceFitness we LOVE Little Mix, but when they dropped this banger of a dance track that sampled Back to Life by Soul II Soul? It was next level awesome - and still a favorite of our DDF dancers! This is a pretty fast routine - you'll definitely get your heart rate up on the chorus. This video was filmed in Dallas in September 2019, back when we could pack a bunch of dancers in a small space. Can't wait until we can dance like that again!
