This full version video will show you how to make baked pork shank with shrimp sauce. First, wash the pork shank, pat dry and start marinate with shrimp sauce (蝦醬), some chinese wine and sugar. Use one egg, corn starch and bread crumbs to bake the pork. Dip the marinated pork with corn starch then egg and roll on the bread crumbs. Repeat all pork shanks one by one. Put them on the baking tray, put in oven to bake @180C for 25mins. Turn to the other side halfway. If needed, you can roll on more bread crumps if some have come out or stick on the tray. For the vegetables on the side, it is optional. I just use fresh corn, long beans & shallots but you can use whatever you like. Try this flavor in pork shank. You will love it for sure…. Enjoy!
