Brook and I started the day trolling the Bach outside of hillsboro inlet for bait such as blue runners. After catching enough bait, we headed to the local deep sea wrecks to drop some big baits for reef donkeys known as greater amberjack. Amberjack are often neglected as table fare because they can carry worms in their flesh, The worms are not harmful to humans, but they are not very appetizing to the eye. Amberjack are great fish for just about anything, grilling, baking, broiling, frying and even smoking.
