Brook and I took a trip down to Tavernier in the Florida Keys to do some bottom fishing with our friend Capt. Ryan of Good Karma Sport-fishing. We got on a bunch of delicious reef fish such as triggerfish, yellowjack, and mutton snapper. We fished the reef for snapper, as well as drifted out deep for mutton snapper and grouper.My buddy James @yames2 on instagram, who is a professional chef made two amazing dishes with the yellow-jack and the mutton snapper. The first was a aquachile and the second was a pan seared mutton snapper with lobster panko toping and seared scallops on the side! One of my favorite catch clean cook videos to date!
