Today, I prepared tiramisu pound cake in mini size!
This is a recipe I made for sale, but I wanted to eat it for the first time in a while, so I made it.

There are already many pounds of tiramisu, but as a result of making a lot, I really liked the balance of chocolate and coffee flavors. In particular, the cream made by mixing mascarpone and cream cheese was much better balanced than using only one ingredient! Sweetness is also very good! Let's all try it!


If the pan size changes, adjust the baking time as well!


✔Ingredients for MIni 6 pound cakes
92mmX60mmx35mm(H)


130g unsalted butter
2 105g eggs (whole egg)
18g yolk
110g granulated sugar
2g salt
140 g cake flour or all-purpose flour
4g baking powder
70g mascarpone cheese
13g cocoa powder


4g instant coffee
50g water
30g sugar
8g Kahlua


60g unsalted butter
38g powdered sugar
80g cream cheese
100 g mascarpone cheese
Kahlua 4g


✔ Prepare butter and eggs without cold.
✔Check the mold size and adjust the baking time and temperature. I baked it for 20 minutes at 170 degrees (convection oven), but there is a difference in temperature for each oven used.
✔ It can be stored at room temperature, and if you keep it in the refrigerator, it will be much softer and tastier if you leave it at room temperature for 20 minutes.
✔ If you don't like the cocoa powder getting wet, sprinkle with non-wet powdered sugar and then sprinkle with cocoa powder or use non-wet cocoa powder.
