Toni Aiken was born to both deaf parents and struggled in traditional learning environments. Facing many hurdles in trying to find her way in life, she became Jamaica's most recognised sign language interpreter. Having received a national award for her work with the deaf community, Toni shares her own journey, as well as gives insight on how we can create cultural changes to enhance inclusivity amongst the hearing impaired and disabled communities.
