Puerto Vallarta is in the state of Jalisco and Nuevo Vallarta is in Nayarit, the Ameca River is the border between Jalisco and Nayarit, the two states where Vidanta has invested millions of US dollars.

Among other venues, there are three golf courses on the Vidanta properties. Two are in Nuevo Vallarta and one is in Puerto Vallarta. The property in Puerto Vallarta is where Vidanta is building a new development called The Estates, and this development is within walking distance of the signature course called the Norman course.

This video shows the new driving range and restaurant called the Norman Grill. The restaurant is part of the new Golf Academy.

The Estates amenities may be complete by June, 2021, and we look for increased activity in the area thereafter.
