The new Estates Bridge has replaced the old bridge that used to cross the Ameca River, connecting Jalisco and Nayarit. The original bridge is now only used by workers and maintenance staff.

Our last post talked about our first trip across the bridge as we headed south to play golf on Vidanta's Nayar Course. We started playing on Vidanta's Norman Course in Jalisco, the spot for the upcoming 2024 Mexican Open PGA Golf Tournament starting on February 22, 2024, and then played in Nayarit.

It was interesting to see how Vidanta placed the Estates Tower in Nayarit, right in the center of the base of the "V"s formed by the two pairs of bridge support towers.

The new Estates Bridge is definitely better than the old historic suspension bridge, providing access to the Vidanta Norman Golf Course and the Estates Suites. It's also a nice touch to see the reminder of the Vidanta Brand with the "V" and the Estates Tower appearing at the base of the "V" when traveling north on the Estates Bridge.

Now, you can enjoy the experience on your way to an expanded Brezza Restaurant at the Estates. Or, you may want to enjoy the ParTee Zone golf games or practice on the driving range. Indeed, access to and from the Estates has increased and improved with the addition of the new Estates Bridge.
