We designed and made the PreCast Flue Gallery waaaay back in 2011 - we loved having a brick arch at the front of our Wood Fired Ovens, however we needed a way to fit a stainless steel flue to the oven that not only looked good, but worked well! Enter the Flue Gallery. Made from the same Refractory Castable as the PreCast Dome sections, it comes with a stainless steel flue sleeve pre-fitted, with an expansion joint around the flue sleeve to allow for the expansion and contraction of the flue as it heats and cools.

In this video we show you how to mount the Flue Gallery over the brick arch, first getting it shimmed up level, then mortaring it into place. You definitely want two people for this job!
