The video is an experiment conducted by Dr Ingky to demonstrate the importance of using sunscreen and antioxidants like Vitamin C for skin protection. The experiment uses apple slices as a representation of human skin. Three slices of apple are treated differently:

Slice A: Control slice with no treatment.
Slice B: Treated with physical sunscreen.
Slice C: Treated with Vitamin C and then topped with physical sunscreen.

The slices are then left under the sun for 24 hours to observe the effects of oxidization.
