Inverted but still delicious!!!

This is my version of Goldilocks' Egg Pie recipe adding Ube
Ever since the lockdown, my wife and I are craving Filipino food. Then I remembered that we bought a Goldilocks baked book when we last visited the Philippines. I decided to make an #eggpie and put my spin on it, I put #ube flavouring on the crust!

My wife loves it! She loved the custardy not too sweet filling. This brings back childhood memories. This is also good for afternoon tea!

For those who are not in the Philippines, Goldilocks is the best-loved bakeshop in the Philippines.
