Lemon Rolls:
Activate dry yeast by warming 240ml of milk to 37 Celsius degrees and adding 50g of sugar, add yeast and mix, leave it for 10 mins until you see foam on top of the milk, that means that yeast is active now
If there is no foam, then it will not work
Add 75g of melted butter and 1 egg to a bowl and mix
Then add yeast - milk - sugar mixture to butter and egg, mix
sift 470g of wheat flour gradually into the mixture
mix and then knead it for around 5 mins until the dough is smooth
place the dough into the bowl greased with oil
cover with towel
Leave for 1,5 hour in the room temperature
The dough should become at least 2x bigger
While waiting make the filling
mix 100g of sugar, 75g of butter, 2 lemons zest and 1 lemon juice
And for the toping mix 200g of cream cheese and 50g of butter, gradually add 150g of powdered sugar, then add vanilla and a bit of lemon juice
The roll the dough out and create 30x40cm dough rectangle
spread the filling and roll the dough
slice into approx 12 pieces using thread, like I did on the video
place into the form and leave for another 40 mins
bake in preheated to 180 Celsius degrees oven for around 30 mins
Let the rolls cool down a bit and cover them with toping

Fizzy Batida:
Mix 2 lemons juice, condensed milk and coconut milk (all by your taste)
Then add Sprite and some raspberries (optional)
