Yoga for Relaxation with Jillian Pransky

✨Yoga for Digestion: Relaxing Your Psoas to Support Optimal Health✨

This practice will bring overall balance to the nervous system and set up conditions for optimal digestion (physically and emotionally) for when digestion and processing needs extra support. Our movement will support release and ease, as we tend to the hips, belly, and low back. We’ll pay attention to how they are connected to your mental and emotional state, while we also make room for more comfort and flow. When we feel more supported, we relax and open more; everything can then move more freely, fluidly, and gracefully.

✨Props for Practice ✨

While needs may vary slightly per class, you may wish to be prepared with:

mat
2 blocks
3-4 yoga blankets
strap
bed pillow
optional neck roll or small dish towels for extra head and neck support
ottoman or stool for legs up
