Ingredients:
200g or Half a pound of Pork Shoulder
2 tsp fennel seed
tsp salt
2 pinches of black pepper
Zest of half an orange
Pinch of oregano
Pinch of Rosemary
Pinch of Chilli flakes.
tsp fresh sage, or 0.5 tsp dried sage
