Today I'm sharing a simple recipe for a classic dish--Watergate Salad! Known by many other names as well (like "Pistachio Pudding Fluff"), this dessert salad has a green hue that will be perfect on your St. Patrick's Day table. Enjoy!

WATERGATE SALAD
1- 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 pkg instant pistachio pudding mix
1-8 oz. container whipped topping, thawed
2 c. mini marshmallows
Maraschino cherries for garnish

In a large bowl, mix together the drained pineapple, pistachio pudding, thawed whipped topping and mini marshmallows until thoroughly combined. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Garnish with maraschino cherries, if desired. ENJOY!
