In this video, we would be working towards another arm balance - GRASSHOPPER POSE. Don't worry if you do not have arm balance in your practice because it is always excellent to work hip opening and mobility. I would briefly walk you through on how to enter this pose at the end of the video. Prepare a block if your hips are a little tight!

Come practice with me and you can always revisit this video to see how much you have progressed! Always remember to enjoy your practice and have fun!

This video is part of my new 30-minute flow series that works up the body towards a specific arm balancing pose at the end of each class. Every class is a 30 minute theme-based, multilevel flow focusing on postures and repetitive movements to prepare the body towards achieving the arm balancing pose. I would be flowing through these sequences that primarily builds greater upper body strength in your arms, shoulders and core, with the objective of conditioning your body to pave your way for a stronger physical practice.

Challenge yourself with this 30-minute flow to dynamically strengthen and stabilise your practice!
