Yes! Factor Initiative

Considering the affinity of today's Indian youth towards entrepreneurship and business, we have started a YouTube channel 'Yes! Factor Initiative', to motivate and guide them through success stories.

While going through these success stories, we realised that every new entrepreneur is attracted more towards metro cities. S/he feels that an urban office is essential for the success of his/her venture.

But what we observed is that we fail to realise that people have started and operated businesses in every possible field, in every town and city irrespective of its size or population.

What we learn from these small town businessmen is that if you have the willpower and determination to work hard, then you can start a successful venture from even your hometown.

Our decision to start Yes! Factor Initiative was based on the same backdrop. To bring success stories from every city, town and village, with the intention of motivating and guiding the youth. As a result of this, todays youth may generate employment in their respective sectors. If this programme succeeds, businesses will pop up in every nook and corner of Maharashtra and eventually every youth will either become a businessman or will have employment in a local enterprise. We would consider it as our contribution in the development of India.
