In recognition of Mental Health Month, meet Brita, the therapy dog at the University of North Dakota's Aerospace Campus and her handler, Laurel. Brita and Laurel help alleviate the pressure associated with rigorous training and exams, allowing students to improve their focus and overall mental well-being. Their teamwork serves as a reminder to prioritize self-care, encouraging students to take regular breaks and engage in self-reflection during their aviation journey.
