On Friday October 6th, UND’s John D. Odegard School of Aerospace inducted two new alumni members into its UND Aerospace Hall of Fame.

The UND Aerospace Hall of Fame was created in 2018 as a way of recognizing notable aerospace alumni for their contributions and accomplishments. Each inductee is honored with a ceremony and plaque, and their accomplishments are highlighted on the wall of UND Aerospace Hall of Famers.

This year, UND Aerospace honored two alumni: Patrick Halligan and Bruce Smith.

UND Aerospace is a world-renowned center for aerospace learning, nationally acclaimed for our achievements in collegiate aviation education, atmospheric research, space studies, and earth system science and policy research. With more than 500 faculty and staff members, 2,500+ students from around the world, and myriad programs and projects, the John D. Odegard School of Aerospace Sciences is setting the pace for the future of flight.
