World Athletics recently approved a new set of rules that limit a stack height of a shoe to 40mm for in use competition. With new rules and guidelines in place, we met up with Spencer from the adidas team to chat about the challenges of developing new shoes and how adidas is going about building the fastest shoes on the market.
