In this episode of Wisconsin Foodie we meet up with Chef Dan Fox of Heritage Tavern in Madison as he prepares for a 200 person dinner on a Bourbon Farm. We visit J. Henry Bourbon with Chef Fox as he tours the farm with owner Liz and Joe Henry for inspiration. J Henry Bourbon was once a grain farm now turned Bourbon farm, utilizing their own grains to produce bourbon and reusing barns to age the Bourbon. They play host to an “Outstanding in the Field” dinner for 200 diners.
