Pappadam Curry:
Pappadam - 8
Coconut oil/ Oil ( for frying pappadam )
For grinding:
Grated coconut  - 4 tbsp
Fennel seeds - 1/4 tsp
For preparation:
Coconut Oil / Oil
Fenugreek seeds - a pinch
Mustard - 1/2 tsp
Dry chilli - 2
Curry leaves
Onion - 1 ( medium  )
Small onion - 15 ( big size  )
Garlic - 3 ( medium  )
Green chilli  - 4
Chilli powder  - 1  to  1 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder  - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder  - 1/2 tbsp
Asafoetida powder  - 2 pinch
Tomato - 1 ( big size )
Water  - 2 1/4 cup
Tamarind - a small gooseberry size
Salt

Netholi Fry / Anchovy Fry:
Netholi / Anchovy  - 200g
Chilli powder  - 1 tbsp
Pepper powder  - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder  - 1/4 tsp
Ginger garlic paste  - 1 tsp
Rice flour  - 1 tsp
Vinegar / Lime juice - 1 tsp
Curry  leaves
Salt
Water
Oil ( for frying  )

Pavakka / Bitter Gourd  Stir Fry :
Bitter Gourd  - 300g
Onion - 1 ( big )
Green chilli - 4
Crushed garlic  - 2
Coconut oil / Oil
Coconut pieces  - 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder  - 1/2 tsp
Salt
Chilli powder  - 1 tsp
Water - 2 tbsp
