My old Century III autopilot is broken - which starts the quest for a new, modern digital autopilot to replace it in the Bonanza. In this video, I'll define the selection criteria from the perspective of a serious IFR pilot, and then we'll evaluate the currently available models - and pick a winner!

Included in the review are Garmin's GFC 500 and GFC 600, the DFC90 from Avidyne, the S-TEC 3100 from Genesys Aerosystens, the autopilot of the Dynon Skyview system, AeroCruze models 100 and 230 from BendixKing, and the Trio autopilot.
