Today's class is about opening and activating of your posterior chain muscles. We would be going through movements to create more opening of the back body and strengthening drills for our spine, glutes and hamstrings as well. This flow does not include cool down and savasana so take your own time to do your own savasana if you need.

Build a Strong Body through this these strong thematic yoga flows. This series consist of 6 classes each focusing on specific themes with the objective to gain total-body strength and to create a good balance in your body, be it strength, flexibility, mobility and endurance.

You'll build up heat and challenge yourself through creative dynamic flows that explores interesting transitions, arm balances, inversions and repetitive drills. You can do each class a day for a perfectly balanced one week series, or take each class on its own depending on what your body needs that day. I encourage you to push your edge, explore your limits and challenge your practice! Have FUN!
