Ingredient:
Egg 2pc  अण्डा
Sugar (mixture grinded) 50gm  चिनी
Oil 70gm तेल
Dark Chocolate 150gm
Vanilla flavour 1cap वनिला
Flour 85gm मैदा
Cocoa powder 15gm
Baking powder 3gm बकिङ पाउडर
Salt pinch of salt

Method:
1. Place bowl over simmering water on a low heat and pour chocolate stirring contiously. Take out from heat after it's melted completely and then add oil and mix.
2. In another bowl whisk egg & sugar until sugar dissolved.
3. Add both and mix well.
4. Add the mixture of flour, cocoa powder and baking powder and mix thoroughly scraping from side and below. (*Shift flour before mixing)
4. Now pour in a mould.
5. Tap to release air bubble and bake in a pre-heated oven @175°C for about 25 min. (*Baking time may vary due to oven difference)
