Lotus曲奇餅 Lotus Cookies - 150g
無鹽牛油 Unsalted Butter - 50g

忌廉芝士 Cream Cheese - 300g
白砂糖 Sugar - 80g
雞蛋 Eggs - 2 pcs
雲尼拿精油 Vanilla Extract - 1/2 tsp
鮮奶油 Whipping Cream - 150g
原味乳酪 Plain Yogurt - 100g
粟粉 Corn Starch - 20g
檸檬汁 Lemon Juice - 3g
Lotus曲奇餅 Lotus Cookies - 12 pcs
Bake at: 170°C 20min ➡️ 160°C 12min
