Today, I’m going to teach you how to make a unique mango cheesecake. The taste of mango in this cheesecake is incredible! An amazing dessert for summer🥭 If you love mango, you must try it 😍

▷Ingredients:
Biscuit Layer:
Biscuits: 250g
Butter: 90g
Cheese Layer:
Cream cheese: 400g
Sugar: 50g
Cream: 300g
Mango puree: 250g
Gelatin powder: 4 tsp
Water for gelatin: 2 tbsp
For Decoration:
Cream: 100g
Sugar: 10g
Mango (as needed)

▷How to Make:

First, crush the biscuits. Mix in the melted butter and stir well. Press the mixture into a 23 cm cake tin, then chill it in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Cook the mango puree on low heat for a few minutes.
Prepare the gelatin by mixing it with water and dissolving it using a double boiler (bain-marie) method until fully dissolved.
In a separate bowl, whisk the cream cheese, then pour in the dissolved gelatin and mix well. In another bowl, whip the cream and sugar until it forms stiff peaks.
Add the whipped cream to the cream cheese mixture and stir well.
Finally, mix in the mango puree thoroughly.
Take the biscuit base out of the fridge and pour the cheese mixture over it.
Refrigerate the cheesecake for 24 hours.
After a day, your mango cheesecake is ready.
Whip 100g of cream with 10g of sugar, placing the bowl in a larger bowl filled with ice to keep it cool, and whip until it thickens.
Decorate the top of the cheesecake with the whipped cream and mango slices as desired.
