Real tiramisu! Recipe from 1960! No gelatin!
In the recipe, we replaced the raw whipped egg whites with whipped cream for obvious reasons!
Ingredients:
5 - egg yolk
125 g - sugar
400 ml – cream (cool)
425 g - Mascarpone cheese (room temperature)
1 - cup of brewed espresso
18 pieces - biscuit cookies
2-3 tablespoons coffee liqueur/brandy
Cocoa for sprinkling
