1 glass of water (200ml)
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 cup flour
2 tablespoons semolina
1 egg

For the sherbet
1 glass of sugar
1 glass of water
3-4 drops of lemon juice
