Very Easy Blueberry Muffin With Brown Sugar Streusel Top

1/2 cup/50g rolled oats
1/2 cup orange juice, or juice of your choice,
Or water
1 1/2 cup/210g flour
1/2 cup/100g sugar
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 egg, room temperature
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Streusel topping

3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp white sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon

Mix all the muffin ingredients together, fill the
Muffin cups 2/3 full. Sprinkle the streusel
Mixture on top. Bake in a 400 degree oven for
18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes
out clean.
