An employment tribunal has awarded a woman compensation after she complained about the language used by some of her colleagues.
Nina Chung said staff at a whisky investment firm used the words 'birds', discussed their sexual conquests and one colleague also asked her if she was planning to get pregnant.
On one occasion, she was also locked out of the office by an employee who has since lef tthe business.
The investment firm, which is called Whisky 101, is appealing the decision.
