When replacing the battery, try to replace with a genuine HP battery. In my experience, only 50% of generic batteries work :( Check out the FAQ's and Related Links below for more helpful info !!

Q: How do I order a new battery?
A: You can search for your exact model number and the word 'battery' or you can look up the part number that should be on your battery. HP part numbers look like this; 752237-001

Q: If after all these steps, its still showing the same error, what do I do?
A: If after all these steps, your battery is still not charging, then I would assume that you need to replace the battery. Let me know if you would like assistance finding one :)
