كونور هو المتحدث الرئيسي المرغوب فيه عند رواد الأعمال. يقوم بتدريس اتصالات القيادة في IESE Business School هو رئيس Vistage في إسبانيا ، وهي جزء من منظمة الرؤساء التنفيذيين الرائدة في العالم. كرائد أعمال ، أسس 5 شركات ، باع 16 طائرة خاصة وقام ببناء ثالث أكبر أسطول من الطائرات الخاصة في إسبانيا. وهو أستاذ محاضر في جامعة كوليدج دبلن وجامعة مونتيفيديو وأكاديمية القيادة العالمية التابعة لمنظمة رواد الأعمال.
