Caffein का सेवन कम करना है।
जोह चाय मैं Coffee में Chocolate में और Cold Drinks में रहती है उसका सेवन कम करना है। ज्यादा Caffein ए के सेवन से Miscarriage का खतरा हो सकता है।

Pregnancy के द्वारा Tobacco का सेवन नही करना चाहिए।
Tobbaco या Alcohol हमें किसी भी form में नहीं लेना है। Alcohols या Passive smoking करने से Pregnancy में Baby को खतरा होता है।

Pregnancy के द्वारा हमे कच्चा दूध या कम पका हुआ Meat भी नही लेना चाहिए।

Pimples और Hair loss की यदी आप कोई Medicine लेते हो और वो Vitamin के अलावा कुछ और Medicines है तो उससे न ले।
