1) Reducing our intake of coffee since excessive consumption can lead to kidney failure. However, moderate coffee intake can provide some benefits.

2) Avoiding tobacco consumption, whether it's smoking or chewing, as it has negative impacts on our health.

3) Limiting our consumption of red meat since it can be heavy and hard to digest.

4) Consulting with a doctor before taking any painkillers regularly. Dr. Puru Dhawan also mentions acute kidney disease in the middle of the video.

5) Getting enough sleep since lack of sleep can increase stress on our bodies, which is not suitable for our health.

6) Drinking enough water and avoiding fast food consumption since they can also damage our kidneys. Our kidneys face several challenges.

7)- consumption of fast food is harmful for our kidneys and liver because it often contains high amounts of preservatives

8)- diabetes is the most important part which affects our kidneys. it can lead to high blood pressure, which can be harmful to your kidneys

9)- Hypertension-if you ignore your blood pressure it can cause damage to your kidneys.

note: Healthy blood pressure reading should be around 120/80 mm Hg.
