Let's play Chrono Trigger, Blind! This is my very first playthrough of Chrono Trigger. This beloved RPG is always referred to as one of the best classic games, so it's about time I started a blind playthrough of Chrono Trigger! In this first episode, Crono meets Marle and the Millenial Faire. After meeting Marle, Crono meets with Lucca and both Marle and Crono end up stuck in her teleporting machine.

This first episode of Chrono Trigger begins with Crono waking up in his home. Crono's mom insists on Crono going to the Millenial Faire and meeting with Lucca to see her new invention. Crono visits Lucca's house and finds out she's not there, but at the Millenial Faire.

So Crono heads out to the Millenial Faire and instead of meeting Lucca, he meets another girl - Marle. The lovely Marle drops her pendant, and Crono immediately returns it to her. After Crono gives Marle her pendant back, Marle decides to follow Crono around the fair. Crono and Marle eat food, fight the Gato, go into the haunted house, dance, and have a wonderful time up.

Finally, Crono and Marle go and meet with Lucca and her father. Lucca uses her teleportation machine successfully on Crono. After Crono teleports, Marle decides she wants to try it as well. However, the teleport machine backfires when Marle uses it because it reacts to the pendant that Crono returned to her.

Marle gets stuck between both of the teleport machines, and no one knows where Marle has gone. Crono retrieves her pendant and holds onto it while using the teleport machine once more. This time, Crono is teleported to the Middle Ages.

Once Crono comes out the other end of the teleport machine, he's ambushed by imps. After Crono fights the imps, he gets into a fight with another group of imps and dies horrifically. I end up having to restart Chrono Trigger from the beginning, but I make all of the same choices and come right back to where we left Crono.

After we get back to the spot where we left Crono, we continue on and Crono kills a few more imps before heading out to the world map. Once we're on the world map, I save the game and that's all for Chrono Trigger for this 1st episode. :)

Chrono Trigger is one of the most loved RPGs of the SNES era. I've always heard Chrono Trigger being referred to as the best video game, the best RPG, or as many people's absolute favorite game. With so many people that love Chrono Trigger, I knew I was going to have to play Chrono Trigger someday!
